- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum six months of professional experience in payroll operations, tax processing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated organisational ability and strong time management skills.
- Capacity to work independently with limited direct supervision and to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and maintain accuracy in administrative work.
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (upper-intermediate and above).
- Detail-oriented approach and self-motivated work style.
