- Monitor budget expenditure against approved allocations and flag variances to management.
- Verify procurement documentation and confirm compliance with internal financial procedures and approval authorities.
- Track project-related financial transactions, assist with reporting, and reconcile project accounts where required.
- Gather and compile documentation during internal and external audit cycles to support audit teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- CPA Part II qualification or equivalent professional accounting credential.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in an accounting function or finance role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and cost accounting fundamentals.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build formulas, pivot tables, and financial models.
- Working knowledge of ERP accounting software systems and comfort learning new financial platforms quickly.
- Strong analytical capability, organisational discipline, and the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
