About the Role
Codirect Courier And Fulfillment Center is recruiting a Finance Officer to join its accounting and finance team in Nairobi. This is a full-time position based at Roy Business Park, Baba Dogo, offering a consolidated monthly salary of KSh 36,500 with an immediate start date. The successful candidate will take on core financial management responsibilities within a courier and fulfillment operation that serves businesses across Kenya.
The Finance Officer role suits candidates with 1–3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience who can manage financial records, reconciliations, and reporting in a structured environment. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policy.
- Compile financial reports and carry out account reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities across operational departments.
- Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor adherence to company financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Undertake additional finance-related duties as directed by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2.1).
- Minimum Grade A in Mathematics at KCSE, with an overall B (Plain) grade or better.
- Between 1 and 3 years of verified work experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical ability and numeracy skills applicable to financial data and reconciliations.
- Meticulous attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and capacity to work independently.
