Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure assigned premises, installations, and transport operations to prevent unauthorised access or loss
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas and maintain detailed security logs and incident reports
• Check identification and control entry and exit points according to security protocols
• Respond promptly to alarms, suspicious activity, or security breaches and escalate as required
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct in line with company security standards
• Assist with security training and induction of new personnel where directed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age between 22 and 40 years (verified by original National ID and two photocopies)
• Minimum height: 5ft 10 inches for men; 5ft 8 inches for women
• KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of De and original Form 4 result slip (with photocopies)
• Valid police clearance certificate not older than six months, or proof of application receipt
• Original NSSF Card and photocopy; SHA Universal Health ID photocopy; and KRA PIN Certificate with photocopy
• Chief or Sub-Chief verification letter from your rural area (dated within six months, including postal address with code and contact numbers)
• Three reference letters from non-relatives and non-government sources (not Fargo Courier employees) with referee details and ID copies
• Employment history documentation including recommendation letters, separation letters, and service certificates from previous employers where applicable
• Detailed sketch maps of both rural and urban residences; valid bank account number and branch details
• Two recent colour passport photographs taken within the last six months
