About the Role

Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is recruiting a General Worker for full-time employment in Nairobi. The QSSK – General Worker – Nairobi at Q-Sourcing Servtec Group is a hands-on position within the beverage production and warehouse operations sector. You will support core manufacturing, material handling, and facility maintenance activities across production and storage facilities.

This is a full-time casual role suited to individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards. The position offers direct exposure to FMCG manufacturing operations and the opportunity to develop skills in production support, logistics, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support beverage production activities including inspection, packaging, and palletizing of finished products as directed by supervisors.
• Sort, pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment and storage.
• Supply production lines with raw materials, packaging components, and other required inputs on schedule.
• Identify and remove defective products from the line, reporting quality issues to supervisory staff.
• Load and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and completed products from delivery and storage areas.
• Arrange materials and goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness across all production and warehouse areas, including equipment, tools, and workstations.
• Comply with all workplace safety policies, use personal protective equipment correctly, and report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, FMCG, or factory settings is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Good physical fitness and stamina for manual handling and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality record.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a production environment and respond to changing priorities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and participation in toolbox meetings and safety training.
