Open Positions
Public Area Attendant
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of common facilities including foyers, corridors, sanitary facilities, stairwells, and lift areas
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and surface polishing to required standards
- Remove waste materials from bins and manage disposal in accordance with facility protocols
- Replenish restroom consumables including cleaning agents, paper products, and sanitising solutions
- Report structural or mechanical concerns to management promptly
- Execute intensive cleaning operations when scheduled across the facility
Petrol Station Attendant
- Deliver courteous service to customers arriving at the station and handle fuel distribution safely and accurately
- Process transactions through multiple payment methods and issue transaction documentation
- Perform complementary vehicle checks including windshield cleaning, fluid levels, and tyre condition assessment
- Maintain station appearance by cleaning the forecourt, organising pump surroundings, and stocking merchandise such as lubricants and accessories
- Alert management to safety violations, equipment failures, or unusual occurrences
- Market available promotions and encourage customers to purchase additional products or services
Brand Strategist & PR Lead
- Shape organisational brand identity through positioning statements, core value messaging, and competitive analysis using market research and structured assessment tools
- Manage media relations, coordinate press announcements, and conduct outreach to journalists and industry figures to shape public perception
- Oversee brand representation across all marketing channels including digital platforms, online communities, paid advertising, and official communications
- Nurture relationships with media contacts, thought leaders, and internal decision-makers to support brand objectives
- Design contingency plans to protect organisational reputation during adverse events or negative coverage
- Partner with design and production teams to develop branded materials, marketing campaigns, and sponsored events
- Monitor market behaviour and competitor positioning to inform strategic adjustments to brand messaging
General Requirements
Public Area Attendant:
- Secondary school completion or recognised equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Prior experience in cleaning operations or hospitality housekeeping (advantageous)
- Working knowledge of cleaning products, disinfectants, and associated equipment
- Capacity to work both independently and within a team structure
- Physical capability and meticulous approach to task completion
- Fundamental verbal communication ability
Petrol Station Attendant:
- Secondary school completion or equivalent credential
- Minimum two years in a petrol station, fuel retail, or comparable customer-facing role (mandatory requirement)
- Clear communication and relationship-building skills with diverse customer types
- Integrity, reliability, and fitness for extended standing and manual handling tasks
- Competence with basic numerical operations for cash and card settlement
- Acceptance of flexible schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holiday shifts
- Precision in work execution and personal cleanliness standards
Brand Strategist & PR Lead:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or business administration
- Documented track record in brand development, marketing strategy, or public relations roles
- Advanced writing, editing, and narrative development capabilities
- Capacity for data analysis and evidence-based strategic planning
- Demonstrated leadership skills and competence managing cross-functional projects
- Technical proficiency with social media platforms, web analytics software, and digital content platforms
