Open Positions
Customer Service Intern
- Manage front office operations by greeting and assisting parents, learners, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle admissions enquiries from multiple channels including phone calls, emails, website forms, social media, and walk-in visitors.
- Conduct follow-up communications with prospective families and track enquiry progress from initial contact through enrolment.
- Support school tours, open days, and admissions events while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, assist in content collection during school activities, and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Capture and update learner information in school management systems while ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
Pre-School Teachers
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons grounded in early childhood development principles and the CBE framework.
- Create safe, stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration, play-based learning, and inquiry-driven activities.
- Monitor child development across language, numeracy, creative expression, motor skills, and socio-emotional growth.
- Document learner progress and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about each child’s developmental milestones.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and early learning workshops while maintaining organised, safe classroom spaces.
Lead Senior Teacher – Pre-School
- Oversee curriculum planning, lesson preparation, and daily instruction across the Pre-School Campus, ensuring alignment with school standards.
- Supervise and coach Pre-School teaching staff and assistants through lesson observations, staff meetings, and professional development coordination.
- Manage campus timetables and duty schedules while monitoring teacher attendance, punctuality, and instructional delivery.
- Ensure classrooms maintain high standards in learning environment setup, learner engagement, and instructional resources.
- Coordinate learner welfare, safeguarding measures, and early intervention support for learners requiring additional help.
- Facilitate parent partnerships and engagement initiatives while preparing monthly academic updates for school leadership.
General Requirements Across Roles
- Customer Service Intern: BA/BSc/HND qualification in Customer Service, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration. Recent graduate with practical experience in customer service, admissions, or client relationship management. Proficiency with social media platforms and basic CRM systems desirable. Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and capable of multitasking under deadlines.
- Pre-School Teachers: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 3 years teaching experience in early childhood or pre-primary settings. Strong experience with play-based learning and child-centered pedagogy. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Patience, creativity, and genuine commitment to working with young children.
- Lead Senior Teacher – Pre-School: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field. Valid TSC Registration Certificate. Minimum 5–7 years teaching experience in Early Years/Pre-School education with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of CBC implementation in Early Years. Leadership, communication, organisation, and ICT skills. Proven ability to lead and coach teaching teams.
