Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and systems support to hospital staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to technical detail
• Competence in technical documentation and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently under supervision and adapt to guidance from experienced IT staff
• Capacity to work effectively with users from varied departments and explain technical concepts clearly
• Prior experience with SQL, application support, systems testing, or healthcare information systems is beneficial but not required
