About the Role

Oshwal Academy Nairobi is seeking an ICT Support Technician to join its technology support team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ICT hardware and software systems across the school
• Maintain and repair computers, servers, and networked devices
• Respond to user requests and resolve technology-related issues in a timely manner
• Monitor network performance and identify potential problems before they affect operations
• Update and patch software applications and operating systems as required
• Maintain records of support tickets, incidents, and resolutions
• Collaborate with the ICT team to implement technology improvements and upgrades

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Information and Communications Technology or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in ICT support or a similar technical role
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common ICT issues and providing user-level technical support
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff and students at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise support requests effectively
• Experience working in an educational institution is an advantage
