- Build and maintain strong relationships with investment group clients, monitored through retention metrics, share of wallet expansion, and customer satisfaction assessments.
- Increase segment visibility and market reach through planned outreach campaigns, strategic partnerships, and community engagement activities, measured by new client acquisition and brand recognition.
- Coordinate execution of segment initiatives alongside product teams, marketing, digital channels, and operations to ensure on-time delivery of agreed key performance indicators and campaign objectives.
- Equip sales and customer-facing teams through training programs and ongoing support to enhance sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and quality of customer interactions.
- Strengthen governance and risk management by identifying segment-specific risks, reviewing audit findings, enforcing internal controls, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and bank policy standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline (preferred).
- Professional qualification in project management, business management, or finance (required).
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in banking, financial services, or related sector, with demonstrated progression into management roles.
- Proven track record of leading revenue growth initiatives, customer acquisition programs, and portfolio expansion in a financial services environment.
