Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries to maintain service standards.
- Manage guest accounts, process billing transactions, and produce accurate front office reports on a routine basis.
- Monitor room inventory levels and support revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and rates.
- Address guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues while upholding brand service standards.
- Create and manage staff duty rosters, ensuring adequate coverage during all shifts and periods.
- Support team training programmes and oversee performance management for front office staff.

Requirements & Qualifications
