• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage diverse guests professionally.
• Demonstrated competence in customer service recovery and resolution of guest concerns.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume service periods without compromising standards.
• Well-groomed appearance, reliable punctuality, and a collaborative attitude toward team responsibilities.
