Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and documentation for management review.
• Recommend practical improvements to branch processes and customer service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum grade of C+ in English and Mathematics at KCSE level.
• Prior experience in customer service or cashier services (preferred but not mandatory).
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery and relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Solid numerical and analytical capability to handle financial calculations and data.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all transactions.
