Requirements & Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum grade of C+ in English and Mathematics at KCSE level.
  • Prior experience in customer service or cashier services (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service delivery and relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
