We are seeking a Principal Officer for Rafiki Bancassurance Intermediary at Rafiki Microfinance Bank. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead a dynamic business unit and drive strategic growth in the bancassurance sector.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s is an added advantage)
• Diploma in Insurance & Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• IIK membership or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ insurance industry experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
