Open Positions
Shop Business Executive
- Design and optimize shop layouts while identifying operational stations suitable for retail expansion
- Oversee shop modernization initiatives focused on layout efficiency, planograms, and space utilization
- Build non-fuel revenue streams by expanding product categories, introducing food-to-go services, and establishing retail partnerships
- Drive sales growth through initiatives that increase customer basket size, conversion rates, and gross margins
- Create assortment strategies informed by consumer behavior and local market demographics
- Coordinate with suppliers on contract terms, rebate structures, joint planning, and promotional scheduling
- Track pricing against competitors in modern and informal retail channels
- Conduct regular site visits to service stations to verify compliance and support retail execution
Accountant II
- Cross-check and verify business transactions to confirm accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Produce financial statements summarizing company performance over defined periods
- Contribute to cash management operations and treasury functions
- Support stock reconciliation activities to verify inventory accuracy across the organization
- Assist in debt collection procedures and credit control to maintain healthy cash flow and enforce credit policies
- Record customer payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue invoices
- Compile schedules and documentation required for internal and external audit procedures
- Address financial inquiries from internal teams and external parties within agreed timeframes
Office Cleaner and Chef
- Maintain cleanliness across all office spaces including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and common areas through regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitization
- Manage waste disposal, bin emptying, and proper segregation of recyclables and non-recyclables
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious staff meals while maintaining food quality and portion control standards
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, food storage, expiry dates, and safe food handling in compliance with health regulations
- Track food inventory levels and communicate restocking requirements to management
- Support office events and meetings by preparing refreshments as needed
- Maintain valid Food Handler’s Certificate and adhere to all occupational health and safety requirements
General Requirements
Shop Business Executive
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supermarket retail management, FMCG category management and trade marketing, or multi-site retail operations
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and margins across multiple locations
- Prior experience in petroleum retail or forecourt convenience stores is advantageous
Accountant II
- KCSE Certificate with grade B+ or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Statistics (Second Upper Class minimum)
- 3 years’ professional accounting experience
- CPA or ACCA qualification at minimum Level 2
- Knowledge of SAP and oil and gas industry experience preferred
Office Cleaner and Chef
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in cleaning and catering services
- Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (mandatory)
- Certificate in Food Production, Catering, or Hospitality is advantageous
