Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers in choosing appropriate skincare and beauty products based on their needs and preferences.
• Work toward and exceed assigned store sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Recommend complementary products and identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Set up and refresh product displays to maintain visual appeal and ensure inventory is accessible on shelves.
• Support the execution of in-store promotional campaigns and coordinate marketing activities with store management.
• Deliver accurate product information and answer customer questions about skincare ingredients, application methods, and benefits.
• Participate in TikTok Live sessions and create social media content when scheduled by management.
• Keep the retail space clean, organized, and welcoming for shoppers at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Background in sales, retail operations, beauty industry, or Customer Service in Kenya is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customer groups.
• Genuine interest in skincare and beauty products, including willingness to learn about formulations and product lines.
• Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and customer-focused mindset in all interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, work independently, and maintain focus on sales targets.
• Comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as part of a retail team.
• Willingness to appear in TikTok videos and other social media content as part of marketing initiatives.
• Proven ability to close sales conversations and convert customer interest into completed transactions.
• Police Clearance Certificate is an asset to your application.
