About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide courteous, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate skincare and beauty products, explaining their features, benefits, and recommended usage to customers.
• Drive sales of skincare and beauty lines while meeting daily and weekly store targets.
• Arrange and maintain product displays in accordance with company standards to ensure the store remains visually appealing.
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute to the creation of promotional content for social media and participate in live selling sessions when scheduled.
• Support overall store operations and inventory management as directed by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous work experience in sales, retail, beauty retail, or customer service roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse customer types.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Competence working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Foundational knowledge of skincare products or demonstrated willingness to learn about the sector.
• Comfort and confidence in appearing on TikTok, live-streaming sessions, and other digital promotional content as required by the role.
• Police Clearance Certificate (advantageous for final candidates).
