Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supplies Management, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in store management or storeroom operations, ideally within a 5-star hotel or similar hospitality setting.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and stock rotation practices.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and health and sanitation standards relevant to hotel operations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly as part of daily duties.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
