Position: Sales and Marketing Agents (Commission-Based)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Job Type: Contract, Commission-Based

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Agents to contribute to our company’s sales objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into loyal customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, presenting product solutions, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through various channels (email, phone calls, social media, etc.).
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Agent, or similar role in sales and marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and relevant sales techniques.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus.
