About the Role

Requirements & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food preparation or cooking concepts to confidently explain dishes to guests
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience in coastal or high-volume restaurant environments is preferred
• Punctuality, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, informal setting
