About the Role

IntelliAssistant is hiring Remote STEM & Generative AI Trainers to work on refining artificial intelligence models at scale. This is a full-time position based in Kenya, available to native English speakers who want hands-on experience in the AI sector. You’ll play a direct role in enhancing how AI systems understand and respond to user needs, with no prior AI experience required.

The Remote STEM & Generative AI Trainer (Native English Speakers Only) at IntelliAssistant role focuses on quality assurance and model improvement through detailed analysis and feedback. Working remotely means you have flexibility in your schedule while contributing to a distributed team across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess AI model outputs to improve their accuracy, relevance, and overall user satisfaction
• Examine user queries in detail to identify what users are asking for and optimize how AI systems respond
• Apply structured guidelines consistently when providing feedback on AI performance and behavior
• Work with team members around the globe to identify areas where AI systems need improvement
• Track and record your feedback processes, helping to build better training methods for future AI models
• Maintain attention to detail while working through batches of AI outputs and user interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student or a graduate in any academic field (STEM or non-STEM backgrounds both welcome)
• Native fluency in U.S. or U.K. English with strong writing and communication abilities
• Comfort using computers and digital platforms for daily work tasks
• Ability to analyze information carefully and spot patterns or issues in AI responses
• Capacity to work independently and stay motivated while working remotely
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer suitable for remote work
• Willingness to follow detailed instructions precisely and meet assigned deadlines
• Genuine interest in AI technology and a willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving field

What to Expect

• Full-time work from any location in Kenya, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule within agreed hours
• Compensation of USD 18–22 per hour, paid regularly for your contributions to AI training
