Bellman

• Respond to guest enquiries with accurate information and coordinate across departments including reservations, sales, and housekeeping.
• Monitor and comply with security protocols, including the management of guest safe deposit boxes.

Front Office Agent

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests upon arrival, delivering welcoming and professional interactions.
• Process guest requests and log them in the system to ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints constructively, escalating matters where necessary.
• Manage guest luggage storage and delivery, and assist with valet parking services as required.
• Participate in training programmes to develop skills that enhance the overall guest experience.

General Requirements

• Completed qualification at diploma or bachelor’s level in hospitality or related field (preferred for Bellman role).
• Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally within a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Proficiency with Opera property management systems (essential for Bellman; advantageous for Front Office Agent).
• Ability to maintain composure, courtesy, and focus on guest needs in all interactions.
• Fluency in English; multilingual ability is valued.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• For Bellman: minimum one year of similar front-of-house experience.
• Self-directed approach combined with strong teamwork and initiative in a busy environment.
