Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field; Diploma holders with substantial hands-on experience will be considered.
• Demonstrable experience working in ICT support roles and network administration environments.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Proven problem-solving ability with the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Competence in managing multiple tasks and prioritising support requests in a busy environment.
