Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years of progressive HR experience in a demanding, well-organised corporate setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Kenyan employment law and standard HR practices in the local market.
- Proven experience managing recruitment independently, handling employee relations matters, and executing HR operations without constant supervision.
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems or databases.
