About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new staff members

• Oversee performance management systems, including annual appraisals, performance reviews, and feedback documentation
• Design and deliver training programmes that support staff development and align with hospital operational needs
• Administer staff welfare initiatives, including leave management, benefits processing, and employee assistance programmes
• Ensure accurate compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and benefits compliance
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and databases in line with data protection requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
• Minimum 3–4 years of professional HR experience in a structured organisation
• Demonstrated experience in the service or healthcare sector (preferred)
• Solid understanding of Kenyan labour laws and current HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for working across all staff levels
• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and work effectively under operational pressure
