About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new staff members

  • Demonstrated experience in the service or healthcare sector (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of Kenyan labour laws and current HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills for working across all staff levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and work effectively under operational pressure
