About the Role

Accor is recruiting a Guest Service Agent to join the front office team at one of its properties in Kenya. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for creating positive first impressions and ensuring every guest receives attentive service from arrival through checkout. Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Front Office Operations, or equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar front office or guest service role
  • Proficiency with Opera property management system or comparable hotel management software
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Service-oriented mindset with genuine interest in guest satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Competence in additional languages is advantageous
