Key Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations and coordinate activities between kitchen and service areas to maintain workflow efficiency

- Help organize and execute internal receptions, business functions, and meal service for company leadership, clients, and guests with professional hospitality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderly arrangement across kitchen, dining, and front-of-house zones, including proper storage of supplies, utensils, and service equipment
- Apply 6S management principles to keep work areas clean, safe, and efficiently organized
- Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure coordinated food service, timely meal delivery, and smooth operational flow
- Monitor food handling practices and verify compliance with established hygiene and safety protocols
- Prepare and arrange dining areas for meetings, company events, and special hospitality occasions
- Track and account for kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment with proper handling and storage procedures
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Food Production, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in hotel, restaurant, kitchen support, or hospitality service roles
- Working knowledge of food preparation techniques, food hygiene standards, and hospitality service protocols
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly in a shared service environment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a structured, time-sensitive environment
- Strong organizational abilities and a consistent approach to cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas
