The Executive Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) role is central to executive productivity. You will serve as a trusted right hand to C-level leaders, handling everything from calendar coordination and travel logistics to confidential correspondence and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars with precision, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, screening emails, calls, and communications while drafting and managing correspondence on their behalf.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations; record minutes; and track action items to ensure accountability and timely completion of deliverables.
- Arrange all travel logistics including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and visa coordination, then prepare detailed itineraries and manage expense reports.
- Maintain organized filing systems, manage partner timecards and expense reporting, and ensure proper archival of sensitive documents while handling confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Oversee office operations including supply management, equipment procurement, and workspace maintenance to ensure the executive and management areas are functional and well-resourced.
- Coordinate project planning and execution, tracking deadlines and managing deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners to maintain professional relationships and support strategic projects as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of direct experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership in a demanding environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of business principles and proven ability to operate in high-pressure, busy office settings.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital and AI tools.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, or a related field.
