About the Role
The Luke Hotel is recruiting for Club Supervisors to manage daily operations at our hospitality venue in Kenya. This is a full-time position suited to experienced professionals with a background in food and beverage management and club operations. Key Responsibilities

- Schedule staff shifts, assess individual and team performance, and ensure service delivery meets professional standards
- Recruit, train, and motivate club staff to maintain high performance and retention levels
- Manage inventory levels and stock controls for both food and beverage items, and process procurement requests as needed
- Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to satisfaction
- Coordinate across departments including promotions, security, service, production, and entertainment to enhance the overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing regulations, and maintain cleanliness and ambience throughout the venue
- Develop marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and club occupancy
Requirements & Qualifications
- Secondary education (O Level) with a mean grade of C or above
- Advanced certificate in Food and Beverage Operations from a recognized hospitality training institution
- Diploma or degree qualification in hospitality, hotel management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-end club or similar hospitality venue
- Comprehensive understanding of club operations, food and drinks management, and the nightlife industry
- Proficiency in food and beverage service techniques, supervision methods, and inventory control systems
- Demonstrated financial management skills and a results-focused approach to budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and materials control software
- Strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including long hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
