Open Positions
Delivery Riders
- Transport orders to customers within designated delivery zones, ensuring timely and safe arrival
- Maintain a valid Class A1, A2, or A3 driving licence and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Handle customer interactions professionally and represent the restaurant brand positively
- Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance issues promptly
Branch Chef
- Oversee kitchen operations and lead culinary team members with clear direction and mentorship
- Develop and execute menus that reflect quality standards and creative culinary approaches
- Resolve operational challenges proactively and maintain consistent food quality across service periods
- Establish and enforce sanitation, food safety, and portion control procedures
Waiter/Waitress
- Serve customers with attentiveness, taking orders accurately and delivering meals promptly
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and provide informed recommendations to guests
- Clear tables efficiently, reset dining areas, and support overall restaurant cleanliness
- Handle payment transactions and manage table reservations as directed
Commis Chef
- Prepare and cook dishes under the direction of senior kitchen staff, following established recipes and techniques
- Maintain strict sanitation standards, including proper food storage, handling, and workstation cleanliness
- Assist with mise en place, food prep, and plating to support service flow
- Learn and develop culinary skills while contributing to team output during service
General Requirements
For Delivery Riders:
- Valid Class A1, A2, or A3 driving licence (mandatory)
- Age range: 23–29 years
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to punctuality and customer service standards
For Branch Chef:
- Degree or HND qualification in a culinary or hospitality discipline
- Documented experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a reputable establishment
- Strong organisational and communication abilities suited to leading a team
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure during peak service periods
For Waiter/Waitress:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- One year of experience in a fast-paced serving environment is an advantage
- Fluent English communication and immaculate grooming standards
- Ability to remain energetic and composed throughout busy shifts
For Commis Chef:
- Culinary school diploma or degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- One year of fine-dining kitchen experience is advantageous
- Solid foundation in cooking techniques and food preparation methods
