Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven bartender experience in a previous role, preferably within upscale or luxury hospitality settings.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a professional, preferably high-end, environment.
- Strong working knowledge of liquor laws, responsible service practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and bar management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs, even in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable attendance, ability to work with minimal supervision, and completion of any required server training or certification programs.
- Familiarity with the hotel’s food outlets, amenities, and general local information to assist guests with recommendations and directions.
