Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front office and reception operations, including visitor management and phone enquiries
  • Maintain and organise records and documents according to institutional standards and compliance requirements
  • Prepare, review, and support correspondence and contract-related administrative tasks for leadership
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels to prevent shortages
  • Process payments, invoices, and financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain detailed financial records and prepare reports for management review
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO and management team as requested

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Business IT, or a related discipline
  • CPA Part II qualification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience within an academic institution or research organisation
  • Certificate in Public Relations, Customer Service, or Artificial Intelligence (desirable)
  • Digital marketing experience (advantageous)
  • Proficiency with office management software and financial systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping and financial documentation
