Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Process orders using POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the service area
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy high-end restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality
- Experience in order handling and customer service
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts
