Hi there, we are seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress.

Requirements:

A Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Service.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and equipment.
Offer menu explanations and suggest wine pairings.
Assist with guest queries and requests efficiently. Maximize revenue through upselling and maintaining a high standard of service.
Comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
