About the Role

Solvo Global is recruiting a Medical Appointment Scheduler to join its operations team in Nairobi. This is a full-time position focused on the coordination and management of healthcare scheduling operations. The role involves working with medical appointment systems, managing caregiver and client schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and external stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

As a Medical Appointment Scheduler at Solvo Global, you will be responsible for maintaining operational efficiency through effective schedule management, handling last-minute changes, and resolving scheduling conflicts. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for caregivers and clients across multiple assignments.
• Process schedule modifications, cancellations, staff call-outs, and requests for urgent coverage.
• Relay scheduling updates and changes to relevant parties in a timely, professional manner.
• Record and maintain all scheduling information accurately within designated systems.
• Identify scheduling gaps or conflicts and implement solutions to ensure adequate coverage.
• Support the broader operations team by ensuring schedules align with service delivery requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience scheduling medical appointments, healthcare services, homecare services, or caregiver assignments.
• Background working in healthcare, homecare, or related care-delivery scheduling environments.
• Advanced English proficiency at C1 level, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capability to manage high volumes of scheduling requests and work efficiently in a demanding pace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with WellSky or similar scheduling and workforce management software (preferred).
