Waiter/Waitress at The Social House

Hi there, we are seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B Service.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and equipment.
• Offer menu explanations and suggest wine pairings.
• Assist with guest queries and requests efficiently. Maximize revenue through upselling and maintaining a high standard of service.
• Comply with health, safety and environmental standards.
