Job Purpose:

• As a Remote Travel Consultant, you will provide travel planning services to clients remotely. Your role will involve recommending destinations, finding the best deals, making travel arrangements, and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients throughout their travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation:
  • Comprehend the distinct requirements, preferences, and financial considerations of clients.
  • Provide personalised travel guidance and insights into various destinations.
• Travel Planning:
  • Conduct thorough research, devise, and tailor travel itineraries.
  • Arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, tours, and other pertinent travel services.
  • Stay abreast of travel industry trends, destination particulars, and any advisories.
• Vendor Relations:
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key players in the travel industry.
  • Negotiate advantageous rates and terms on behalf of clients.
• Documentation and Administration:
  • Verify that all travel arrangements align with the client’s budget and manage essential travel documentation, such as visas or travel insurance.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client interactions.
• Customer Support:
  • Assist clients throughout their journeys, addressing adjustments, issues, or emergencies.
  • Conduct post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure overall satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems and e-travel platforms.
• Exemplary sales skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle stressful situations, especially related to client emergencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with domestic and international travel trends.
• A strong internet connection and the necessary technical setup to work remotely
