About the Role

Brites Management is recruiting for Sales Representatives Job (35-50K) positions across Kenya. This is a full-time role focused on business development and client acquisition within the beauty and personal care sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new retail opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and ensuring strong brand presence across multiple channels including salons, beauty supply retailers, cosmetic stores, and supermarket networks.

The Sales Representatives Job (35-50K) requires someone with proven experience in beauty products, synthetic hair, or FMCG sales who can operate independently while meeting clear sales targets. Your work will span market visits, product demonstrations, relationship management, and competitive analysis — all essential to expanding Brites Management’s market footprint in Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new retail clients across salons, beauty supply shops, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and wholesale outlets.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategy as needed.
• Conduct regular market visits to increase brand awareness and drive product sales at point of sale.
• Execute hands-on sales activities including product presentations, sampling programmes, and live demonstrations with retail staff and end customers.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with current clients to encourage repeat orders and long-term partnerships.
• Collect and relay customer feedback on product quality, pricing, and emerging market trends to management.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing movements, and shifts in industry demand to inform strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly sales reports documenting activity, results, and market observations.
• Recommend new product lines, marketing campaigns, and promotional tactics based on field insights.
• Ensure product displays meet brand standards and maximise visibility in all retail outlets.
• Support in-store promotions, brand activations, and marketing events at client locations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on sales experience selling synthetic hair products, beauty supplies, or FMCG items.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or surpassing assigned sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of the beauty retail market, particularly salon operations and cosmetics distribution channels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly.
• Proven negotiation ability when discussing pricing, terms, and order quantities with retailers.
• Capability to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
• Self-motivated approach to work with the ability to manage time and priorities with minimal supervision.
