About the Role

Pam Golding Properties Kenya is recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join the Commercial Division based in Nairobi. This is a full-time position focused on leasing commercial properties and building relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and corporate tenants across the city. The role suits professionals with a background in corporate sales, banking, or B2B business development who understand commercial property markets and can manage complex lease negotiations.

Since opening its Nairobi office in 2012, Pam Golding Properties Kenya has established itself in residential and commercial real estate. The Commercial Division is now expanding, and this Commercial Real Estate Agent position offers the chance to work with a high-performing leasing team while managing your own client portfolio and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and secure commercial leasing opportunities across Nairobi’s commercial property market.
  • Advise landlords and corporate clients on commercial property solutions tailored to their business needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms and transaction agreements with tenants and landlords.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and commercial property listings through systematic business development.
  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with landlords, property investors, and corporate occupiers.
  • Identify new commercial property listings and prepare them for market entry with appropriate marketing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, rental valuations, and commercial property activity to inform client advice and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the commercial leasing team to meet divisional business targets and performance objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in corporate sales, financial services, banking, commercial real estate, or B2B business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex lease transactions and reach mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management across multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented approach with the ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into revenue-generating transactions.
  • Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and ability to work independently while contributing to team targets.
  • Based in Nairobi or willing to relocate to Nairobi for the duration of employment.
