About the Role

Kimisitu Investment Company Limited (KICL) is recruiting a Sales Executive to lead revenue generation across its residential real estate portfolio in Kenya. This full-time position focuses on identifying qualified buyers, marketing housing projects, and closing property sales while maintaining professional client relationships throughout the transaction process. The role suits candidates with established experience in real estate sales and a track record of meeting sales targets in the Kenyan property market.

As a Sales Executive at Kimisitu Investment Company Limited – KICL, you will be the primary interface between the company’s residential developments and prospective property investors and homebuyers. You will combine lead generation, client advisory, and sales negotiation to drive consistent revenue results. This is a commission and target-based role requiring strong self-management and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads for the company’s residential housing projects through prospecting and outreach activities
  • Present residential properties to prospects, conduct site visits, and manage property viewings
  • Educate potential buyers on property features, investment value, and financing options available
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, investors, and repeat buyers

  • Sound knowledge of the Kenyan property market, pricing trends, and contemporary sales methodologies
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close transactions professionally
