About the Role

Corporate Staffing Service is recruiting a Sales Executive Job (30K) for a prominent real estate firm based in Nairobi. This is a full-time position reporting to the Managing Director, where you will take ownership of property sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. The role suits professionals with 3–5 years of sales experience who understand property markets and can consistently meet targets in a competitive sector.

The successful candidate will work across the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospects through networking and marketing campaigns to conducting site visits, negotiating agreements, and closing deals. You’ll maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide market insights to leadership, and ensure compliance with real estate regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new sales leads via networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and direct client outreach.
  • Present properties to prospective buyers and investors, conduct site visits, and arrange client meetings.
  • Manage sales pipeline activities, follow up on leads, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate property sales agreements and finalise deals with attention to detail.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing events.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and investors by providing professional advice on property options, pricing, and current market conditions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, maintain accurate customer records, and handle concerns professionally, escalating issues where required.
  • Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams on sales documentation and ensure all transaction records are complete and compliant.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate market dynamics and property sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, manage client relationships, and prioritise customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities; capable of working independently and managing pressure.
  • Valid driving licence (advantageous).
  • High standards of integrity and professionalism.
