JOB SUMMARY:
- Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and results-driven entry level Sales Executive to support the growth of their eyewear business.
- The role will focus on driving sales, onboarding and managing distributors, and delivering an excellent customer experience to both individual buyers and retail partners.
- The ideal candidate will be highly engaging, target-driven, and capable of building strong, long-term client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand market reach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners
- Engage directly with individual customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable eyewear products
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing
- Actively generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising to enhance sales
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and distributor performance
- Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- At least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience in insurance, retail, or relationship-based selling is an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping Self-motivated and proactive
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Customer-focused with attention to detail
