You will manage the administrative backbone of the sales process — from client inquiries through to documentation and pipeline tracking — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and customers receive timely, professional service.
The Sales Administrator Job KICL role is suited to someone with a minimum of 5 years in sales administration, customer service, or a related field. Key Responsibilities
- Process and file all sales documentation including offers, agreements, and transaction records with accuracy and timeliness
- Handle incoming client inquiries regarding product details, pricing, stock availability, and general sales information
- Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring all records are current, complete, and properly categorised
- Track and monitor sales pipeline activity, coordinating follow-ups on outstanding leads and opportunities
- Arrange and coordinate property viewings and site visits for prospective clients
- Support invoicing processes, track client payments, and reconcile accounts against sales records
- Establish and maintain organised filing and record-keeping systems for all transactions and client interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support
- Demonstrated experience in the real estate sector (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organisational capability with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Professional conduct, integrity, and personal accountability in all responsibilities
