Key Responsibilities

  • Process and file all sales documentation including offers, agreements, and transaction records with accuracy and timeliness
  • Handle incoming client inquiries regarding product details, pricing, stock availability, and general sales information
  • Build and maintain customer databases, ensuring all records are current, complete, and properly categorised
  • Track and monitor sales pipeline activity, coordinating follow-ups on outstanding leads and opportunities
  • Arrange and coordinate property viewings and site visits for prospective clients
  • Support invoicing processes, track client payments, and reconcile accounts against sales records
  • Establish and maintain organised filing and record-keeping systems for all transactions and client interactions

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support
  • Demonstrated experience in the real estate sector (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational capability with proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
