Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage client inquiries through telephone and email channels, maintaining professional communication standards.
• Track and follow up with prospective customers to move them through the sales pipeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or completed professional certification in a relevant field such as hospitality, business administration, marketing, or customer service.
• Working knowledge of tour and travel services, including visa requirements, flight bookings, travel package options, and related logistics.
• Clear, professional verbal communication skills with ability to conduct phone conversations confidently.
• Demonstrated willingness to develop new skills in marketing and travel industry practices over time.
• Access to a smartphone or device with a functional camera for content creation purposes.
• Ability to work independently from a remote location while managing responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
