About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate at Talent Grid Africa, you will work on complete recruitment cycles from start to finish. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate hiring processes, and ensure candidates receive quality service throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, databases, and networking channels to build talent pools for client vacancies
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate fit against role requirements and client specifications
• Manage recruitment workflows from job posting through offer stage, ensuring timely communication with all parties
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in tracking systems
• Liaise between hiring managers and candidates to clarify job specifications and candidate expectations
• Coordinate logistics for interviews, tests, and other assessment activities
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on progress against timelines and hiring targets
• Provide feedback to candidates at each stage, maintaining professional relationships and employer brand reputation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Minimum one year of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated organizational capability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in multitasking and working under deadlines without compromising quality
• Prior experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency (highly valued)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers in a consultative manner
