Key Responsibilities

  • Provide waiter services during assigned shifts, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues where necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the reception and service areas
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings using front office management systems
  • Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree qualification in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or related hospitality discipline
  • Minimum two years’ work experience as a receptionist or front office professional, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and email systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of front office operations, guest service protocols, and customer care standards
  • Hands-on experience operating front office equipment, PDQ machines, and payment processing systems
  • Fluency in both English and Kiswahili, written and spoken
  • Professional presentation, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards and discretion
