Available Positions

1. Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing front desk operations and welcoming guests professionally
  • Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintaining accurate guest records using Opera system
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments
  • Resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices
  • Ensuring a clean and organized reception area

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy hotel environment
  • Diploma in Front Office Operations or related field
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and guest handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Well-groomed with a professional appearance

2. Front Office Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily front office operations and staff
  • Training and mentoring front desk team members
  • Ensing compliance with hotel procedures and standards
  • Handling escalated guest issues and ensuring satisfaction
  • Preparing reports on front office performance
  • Coordinating with other departments for seamless operations
  • Monitoring bookings, occupancy, and guest flow
  • Supporting management in decision-making and planning

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel
  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of front office procedures and reporting
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Experience in an IHG property is an added advantage
