Key Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and record all raw materials and packaging components into designated storage areas while maintaining accurate real-time postings in SAP systems.
• Issue materials and components to production teams according to daily production schedules, tracking all allocations through inventory ledgers and software.
• Conduct weekly stock audits, calculate variance reports, and submit findings to finance and management for approval and action.
• Monitor and document equipment calibration for weighing scales and intake measurement tools to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
• Generate weekly production reports covering volumes, cost of goods sold analysis, key performance ratios, and process efficiency metrics for management review.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, storage condition monitoring, hygiene standards, and shelf-life tracking to prevent product expiries and write-offs.
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings and initiatives including root cause analysis, process optimization, and cost reduction projects.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures, oversee store cleanliness according to food safety requirements, and coordinate with operations teams on compliance activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in accounting, financial reporting, or materials management roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data entry systems, and general computer applications.
• Proven hands-on experience working with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software in a production or warehouse environment.
• One to three years of prior experience in FMCG manufacturing, inventory control, or stock management (highly advantageous).
• Strong understanding of compliance, audit requirements, and financial reconciliation processes in regulated industries.
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and ability to work independently and within teams on structured schedules.
• Willingness to work flexible shift patterns to support facility operations and improvement targets.
