About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Address respondent inquiries professionally, including questions about consent and data privacy protection.
• Keep all respondent details and project information confidential at all times.
• Adhere to project guidelines, data protection regulations, and professional conduct standards throughout your engagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma qualification in any relevant field or equivalent educational background.
• Fluent communication ability in English and Kiswahili, both written and verbal.
• Police clearance certificate or submitted proof of application as required by the organisation.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry and information handling.
• Solid listening skills and typing proficiency with basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work under supervision and consistently meet quality assurance standards.
• Experience with dialer systems, customer relationship management platforms, or data collection tools is advantageous.
• Previous background in data verification, call center operations, customer service, survey work, or data collection is preferred but not essential.
