Solvo Global is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist to serve as a key member of the Sales Development Representative team. In this full-time position based in Kenya, you will combine market research with data analysis to identify and qualify high-value prospects. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate market segments and identify companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile, with attention to industry, company size, and growth trajectory.
- Research and verify decision-makers within target accounts using hiring announcements, funding signals, and other behavioral indicators.
- Supply qualified, high-intent leads to the SDR team with documented rationale for outreach.
- Use lead enrichment platforms to source and validate contact information, improving the accuracy of outreach lists.
- Develop proficiency across our sales technology stack and contribute to process improvements that benefit the wider team.
- Segment prospect databases and manage list hygiene to maintain data quality standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitive signals to refine targeting criteria over time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or a related sales function.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret market signals, recognize growth indicators, and prioritize warm opportunities.
- Practical experience with account segmentation and targeting methodology aligned to an Ideal Customer Profile.
- Working knowledge of Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter, or comparable lead intelligence and data enrichment tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to brief SDRs on prospect context and strategy.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adjust tactics as sales strategy evolves.
